  • Tied Twogether is based out of Nashville, TN and services the surrounding areas (Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson and Wilson counties)

  • Tied Twogether has an order minimum of $240 for orders requiring delivery and installation. Orders under $240 will be prepared for pick up (see Grab & Go Options).

  • Our custom balloon arrangement pricing is determined on the type of design, length, volume, complexity, and delivery and installation costs. Our garlands are priced per foot, taking not just length but volume into consideration. Having measurements of the space you plan to set up the balloons will help give you a general idea of cost.

  • If your order meets our required minimum of $240, we would absolutely love to not only design and create but deliver and install your arrangement! Delivery and installation times are determined in advance and are based on your event start time and venue availability.

  • Delivery Fee:

    The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from zip code 37013 to your event location. $2/mile, $50 minimum.

    Installation Fee:

    The installation fee is 20% of your order subtotal.

    Breakdown Fee:

    The breakdown fee starts at $75 and goes up from there depending on the complexity of the install. If you rented rental items from us, the breakdown fee is built into the rental fee.

    Last Minute Fee:

    The last minute fee applies to arrangements that require delivery and installation and your inquiry is submitted within 10 days of your event.

  • Our Grab & Go Garlands are so much fun, budget friendly and don’t require you to sacrifice quality. These garlands are completely put together and are ready to hang! You pick up the garland, hang and make it your own. We provide hanging instructions and balloons for attaching to structures. If you choose to hang on a wall, we suggest 3M Damage Free Command Hooks.

  • Grab & Go Garlands are available for pick up in Antioch, TN on Tuesday and Thursday of each week from 5pm-7pm. We recommend picking up your garland within 3 days of your event.

  • Tied Twogether uses only the highest quality latex balloons. We do our best to ensure we know the environment of balloon arrangements so we can prep them accordingly. However, the integrity of latex balloons can be compromised by environmental elements such as direct sunlight, hot and cold temperatures, and sharp objects. We always advise our clients on the best way to care for their balloon arrangements for a last experience.

  • The sooner the better! Designing custom balloon arrangements takes time and effort. We highly suggest booking a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. It’s never too early! If you have an event date but the venue, time or details aren’t confirmed, you can reserve your date with a $200 deposit.

  • We do our absolute best to serve all those interested in our services. Our ability to work last minute orders (within 10 days of an event) is strictly dependent on availability and inventory needed for your event. If Tied Twogether is available, the order total is due at booking and subject to a rush order fee.

  • Installation time is dependent on the scale of the arrangement. Our designs are inflated before arrival to save time. We typically ask for up to 2 hours and to be finished at least 30 minutes before guests arrive.

  • We always look for attachment points, such as rods, poles, nails, etc. In the event there is nothing to attach to, depending on the surface, we use command hooks, painters tape, suction cups, etc. If attaching to structures with sticky hooks isn’t an option, we offer free standing options.

  • A backdrop is not always necessary. Balloons can very easily and organically fill spaces without the need of a backdrop. Backdrops are great in open spaces or if you are looking to cover an area.

  • Rental equipment will be picked up by Tied Twogether staff when the event is over.

  • Cancelation must take place less than one week before the event date. If canceled one week or more advance of the event date, your prepaid deposit can be used towards a future event within the next 8 months. If the event is canceled less than a week before the event date, you will have forfeited your deposit.
